* [GAM-49] worked in comments to last patches
* changed dlt threadsafeness
* changes on timers in CAmSockethandler
* adopted test of Sockethandler to changes
* add versioning scheme to documentation
* added forgotten #include <map> on CamDbusWrapper and CAmRoutingSenderAsync
* adopted RoutingReceiverAsyncTests to new timers
