device/wifi: log scanning related messages with LOGD_WIFI instead of LOGD_WIFI_SCAN
LOGD_WIFI_SCAN is there to avoid flodding the log with continous scan results. It should not be used for messages related to scheduling scan requests. This is especially important, because LOGD_WIFI_SCAN domain is not included in LOGD_DEFAULT.
