core/tests: increase exit delay of child scriptbg/bgo761146
It was reported that the /general/nm_utils_kill_child test fails on
some architectures, with the child process terminating before the
first waitpid(). It's not entirely clear why this happens, but a too
short delay is one probable cause. Increase the value from 300ms to
1s, as this does not hurt anyway.
