The GL Extension Wrangler library - this is a hard
requirement for building the mesa-demos package which
includes some demos and tools which are helpful for
debugging the graphics stack such as glxinfo and glxgears.
Using the tarball because the build scripts are really crappy
and involve a 'make extensions' step which manually clones
sub modules and calls wget.
