Remove morphologies we don't want in the release
Bootstrap strata are replaced by build-essential, as is genivi-staging.
The yaml versions of morphologies are not mandatory, will soon
replace the json versions, and aren't worth the extra work to
keep in sync, so have been removed.
Wayland morphologies are not in any current systems, so weren't
automatically petrified. We have no evidence they work, so we're
not committing to releasing them.
