This is currently independent of the actual definitions format. The
'configure' tool generates actual .morph files from .morph.in files,
and build tools then operate on these generated .morph files.t
This is largely untested and no doubt broken!

This will be used by future versions of Morph.
By adding OSTree to the cross-bootstrap systems we have significantly
increased the size and complexity of them. Some of this can be reduced:
OStree doesn't actually depend on all of 'foundation', just 'glib'.
