Remove pip and add virtualenvbaserock/richardipsum/python-pkg-shufflebaserock/richardipsum/fix-pbr
Pip has moved into python-core.
This is done as one commit rather than two so that the stratum
can never be checked out in an empty state, since morph doesn't
allow empty strata.
