Upgrading 2 instances of libxml2
WebKit requires at least 2.8.0, upgrading to release tag v2.9.1.
There is a 2.9.2 release at this time also, however it fails
to pass configure so let's stick with 2.9.1, the latest release
tag which actually builds.
