Removing libtool.morph from core stratum
With recent versions of definitions, since commit
2708be3df0ecafc70046212c627ede87bd3e6487
./bootstrap is run twice redundantly, there is no
need anymore for the explicit ./bootstrap in the
pre-configure-commands, removed.
