Adding libpurple to the GNOME stratum
telepathy-haze uses pidgin's libpurple to enable
various protocols such as AIM, ICQ, Yahoo, MSN, etc
This enables a better experience for GNOME empathy.
Note that here we point to a ref with a downstream
patch applied, building latest stable pidgin with
new gstreamer APIs requires this patch:
