Update libvirt to 1.2.12baserock/franred/update-libvirt-to-1.2.12
Version 1.2.12 needs perl-xml-xpath for compiling.
Also it still requires the hack to replace the libsystemd-daemon
but the libsystemd checking. See libvirt unpetrify-ref for
more information.
