Move stratum morphologies into subdirectories
Before bringing in the chunk morphologies, rearrange the definitions
repo so that the chunk morphologies can go in a subdirectory along with
the stratum that contains the chunk.
Also rename the `distbuild` directory to `distbuild-system` and update
the example cluster morphology accordingly.
