arm-versatile-base: reduce disk size to 2G
10G is a hueg amount to send across the internet.
btrfs filesystem df says it has allocated just over 1G, but is using
less than a tenth of that.
100MB is a lot for a basic system, but it's currently unstripped
with all the development headers, so it can be reduced.
