Problem:    Modelines in source code are inconsistant.
Solution:   Use the same line in most files.  Add 'noet'.  (Naruhiko Nishino)

Problem:    Copyright year is oudated.
Solution:   Only use the first year.

Problem:    MS-Windows: When 'encoding' differs from the current codepage
            ":hardcopy" does not work properly.
Solution:   Use TextOutW() and SetDlgItemTextW(). (Ken Takata)
