Solution:   Throw an exception for skipped tests in more places.

Problem:    Cannot reconnect to the X server after it restarted.
Solution:   Add the :xrestore command. (Adrian Kocis, closes #844)

Problem:    The paste test doesn't work properly in the Windows console.
Solution:   Disable the test.
