Problem:    Some comments are not correct or clear.
Solution:   Adjust the comments.  Add test for cursor position.

Problem:    Various inconsistencies in test files.
Solution:   Add modelines where they were missing.  Use Check commands instead
            of silently skipping over tests.  Adjust indents and comments.
