Problem:    FEAT_WINDOWS adds a lot of #ifdefs while it is nearly always

Solution:   Graduate FEAT_WINDOWS.

Solution:   Check the buffer and line every time.

Problem:    Modelines in source code are inconsistant.

Solution:   Rename the channel_ functions.

Problem:    The Tcl interface is always skipping memory free on exit.
Solution:   Only skip for dynamically loaded Tcl.

Problem:    The Tcl interface can't be loaded dynamically on Unix.
