Allow outputting S-records, for users who only have the capability of
passively monitoring a serial port as opposed to being able to capture
the contents directly.

Automatically reformat memdump/main.c using Nindent.

Do this for all files except HDT, gPXE and externally maintained
libraries (zlib, tinyjpeg, libpng).

Avoid using commas in filenames, since not all systems can handle
them.

Add a .bin suffix to generated filenames

A memory-dumping utility which runs in real mode.  Thus, it can be
used to get memory dumps from a relatively pristine system.
