Doc: Modularized Qt Script Tools documentation.
-moved content from qtdoc
-moved snippets to src/scripttools
-enabled 'make docs'
-edited QScriptEngineDebugger with the proper module identifier
-created two way links from Qt Script to Qt Script Tools
