QtPositioning is not dependent on any gui component and mostly
covers everything around the retrieval of position information.
QtLocation covers place, map and navigation APIs.
Several documentation issues were fixed during the process.

Qt 5.0 beta requires changing the default to the 5.0 API, disabling
the deprecated code. However, tests should test (and often do) the
compatibility API too, so turn it back on.

QGeoBoundingArea is used for describing more than just a bounding area.
Renaming it to a more appropriate name, QGeoShape. The same is done
for subclasses and QML equivalents.
In C++:
QGeoBoundingArea -> QGeoShape
QGeoBoundingCircle -> QGeoCircle
QGeoBoundingBox -> QGeoRectangle
In QML:
BoundingArea -> GeoShape
BoundingCircle -> GeoCircle
BoundingBox -> GeoRectangle

As in the past, to avoid rewriting various autotests that contain
line-number information, an extra blank line has been inserted at the
end of the license text to ensure that this commit does not change the
total number of lines in the license header.

qttest_p4.prf was added as a convenience for Qt's own autotests in Qt4.
It enables various crufty undocumented magic, of dubious value.
Stop using it, and explicitly enable the things from it which we want.

This is to be more consistent with the other place classes
like QPlaceManager.
The alternative would be for everything to have the QGeo prefix
e.g QGePlaceManager, QGeoPlaceCategory,
the Geo prefix does not help much in avoiding name collisions
since 'Place' shouldn't collide with anything anyway.
For classes like routing the Geo prefix is necessary to give
context for what's being routed.

Currently there is uncertainty on how alternative
labels should be handled so remove for now. For
most use cases this won't be needed anyway.
If necessary we can add these in at a later point in time.

The location score is meant to represent the quality of data
of a location. For end users this isn't very useful. Also
the REST API doesn't support the field so remove it.

This refactoring is comprised of 2 main tasks.
1) Use QGeoLocation instead of QPlaceLocation, which
came from the qt4-prerelease.
2) Use QGeoLocation instead of QGeoPlace from mobility.
QGeoPlace in mobility encapsulated an address + coordinate,
QGeoLocation in qt5 now fulfills that role(with some extra data fields)
Mostly the searchreply and searchmanagers have been refactored to
use qgeolocation instead of qgeoplace.
This change addresses the library, plugins and tests but only
some of the qml.
Note the geosearchmanager in future will need to be refactored into
a geocodingmanager, and there is still work needed on the qml
side of things.
Aside: the namings of mobility were used over the namings of the qt4
preprelease
eg QPlaceLocation::displayPosition->QGeoLocation::coordinate
QPlaceLocatoin::mapView->QGeoLocation::viewport.

to be transitioned to QGeoLocation.
