introduce class BuildGraphNode

To support different types of nodes in the build graph, we introduce
the base class BuildGraphNode. Artifact now derives from BuildGraphNode.
A - yet unused - RuleNode class is introduced that represents a rule in
the build graph.

fix imports/extensions for script properties

Import directives in files of imported items were ignored for prepare
scripts. We must use the file context (that contains the imports)
of the file where the script property is set.

set up declarations for every builtin item

Some builtin items that are injected after reading the project
did not have any property declarations. The declarations contain
the default values and we want to use the default values from the
declarations in the next commit.

Property values in profiles now serve as default values for module
values. Property values given on the command line override properties
that are specified in files.
This way it is possible to specify a property value in a profile but
override it in a file or on the command line.
The hierarchy is profile < file < command line.
