This also eliminates a warning that occurs `rdflib.plugins.sparql` and makes it possible to enable `warn_unused_ignores` without any exceptions or workarounds. Also: - Removed unused `type: ignore` statements. 
Plugin loading in `rdflib.plugins.sparql` will now happen similar to
