 - Added configuration handling of listeners (basic, still needs ssl, sasl, etc.)
 - Updated the server tests to use the configuration file rather than hard-coded settings.
 - Fixed a bug in the CMake file regarding the use of the PYTHON include path.
 - Made changes to accomodate older compilers.

Note that this commit adds the use of embedded Python code.  Installation support is
needed to ensure that the embedded python components are installed in the libexec area.
Also, the configuration file path is currently hard-coded.  This will be fixed shortly.
