Various other test fixes.
 - Env vars to abstract different library location under cmake/automake.
 - More consistent use of env vars test_env.sh in test scripts.
 - Fix replication/replicating_exchange mismatch.
 - Add --no-module-dir to prevent accidentally loading modules.

Fix from gsim for python path; also changed name of QPID_CONFIG environment variable which clashes with previous definition and made others more consistent in naming.

Persistent cluster test added which checks for recovery of queue and messages after all nodes in a cluster are killed. Test does not run if no store is loaded.
