  As bash isn't specified by POSIX its location is variable.
  Specifically under BSDs it isn't found in /bin/bash.

Changed the names of tests which are installed in /usr/bin/ to be prefixed with "qpid-". This will make these generic names easier to associate with qpid. (BZ577353)

Makefile.am: added check-long target to run perftest scenarios.

Not run as part of normal check target.
Takes about 5 minutes to run on an amd-32 optimized build.
For a longer run, increase PERFTEST_MULT in run_perftest.
