  - Removed IdAllocator (it's no longer needed)
  - Cleaned up the calls to ManagementAgent::addObject to handle durable objects
  - Removed the deferred call to addObject for durable objects
  - Removed unneeded calls to self._checkClosed() in qmf.console.Agent
