Separated the errata in the XML spec file and put them into a file amqp-errara.0-9.xml. Added this file to the codegen. Fixed minor codegen bug in which fields in merged classes have repeating ordinal numbers. Added missing mandatory field to Message.Transger in the new errata file.

* Moved ChannelAdapter initialization from ctor to init(), updated broker side.

* cpp/gen/Makefile.am: Merged codegen fixes from trunk.

Changes to lick off the 0-9 generation. Note that the new spec file specs/amqp-nogen.0-9.xml causes the classes basic, file and stream not to generate. There are plenty of compile errors to sort through...

File tidy-up for AMQP version code: Removed old XSLT files; moved cluster.asl into spec directory; renamed spec files to better reflect version notation; updated java, c++ and python files to reference new names.

	* gen/Makefile.am (timestamp): Remove unnecessary "; \",
	that could have obscured a failure.
	(gen-src.mk): Use echo 'var = '\\, rather than 'var = \'.
	Both work, but emacs' font-lock mode mishandles the latter.

	* bootstrap: Give JAVA and JAVAC default values, and export them.
	Don't define abs_srcdir; no longer needed.
	Also filter out gen/Makefile.am's echo warning: ...
	Add comments.

	Changes to make "make distcheck" pass.
	* gen/Makefile.am (DISTCLEANFILES): List gen-src.mk here,
	rather than distributing it.
	(gen-src.mk): Guard emitted java_sources and cxx_templates
	templates with "if BUILD_IN_MESSAGE_TREE" conditional.
