This merges forward a whole bunch of useful fixes and tweaks done during
development of the 212 branch.  No actual functionality related to billing is included.

Changes are:

    - Unused imports removed from lots of places
    - run method in pyflakes tests renamed to work around trial changes
    - ClickChronicle's ccapp.py is rewritten as an axiomatic plugin
    - InstallableMixin added - classes that define installOn should use it
