* Use _send_bytes_blocking in BrokerConnection
* _try_authenticate should call recv() so that futures are resolved
* _sasl_auth_future can be reset if recv() causes disconnect
* validate sasl_mechanism against SaslHandShakeResponse enabled_mechanisms
