src: move guessHandleType in the util binding

It does not make too much sense to have modules unrelated to TTY
load the TTY binding just to use this method. Put this in the
util binding instead.

src: replace FromJust() with Check() when possible

FromJust() is often used not for its return value, but for its
side-effects. In these cases, Check() exists, and is more clear as to
the intent. From its comment:

  To be used, where the actual value of the Maybe is not needed, like
  Object::Set.

src: prevent crash in TTYWrap::Initialize

When console.log is called for the first time it initializes
TTYWrap object. However, if there is not enough space on the
V8 stack, creating function template fails and triggers
empty maybe local exception.

src: use JS inheritance for `AsyncWrap`

For all classes descending from `AsyncWrap`, use JS inheritance
instead of manually adding methods to the individual classes.

This allows cleanup of some code around transferring handles
over IPC.
