The method has been deprecated in upstream V8, with messaging
indicating that it is the default for handles to be independent
now anyway.

A prior io.js era commit inappropriately removed the
original copyright statements from the source. This
restores those in any files still remaining from that
edit.

Commit 8aed9d66 ("src: cleanup `Isolate::GetCurrent()`") breaks building
add-ons because of the following:
