Testsuite: a pac parsing test. Uses 'any' available JS (webkit /

connection is needed to pass this test.

After getting commit happy and hitting :wq instead of CTRL Z,
the previous commit went live before it was supposed to. Here
is the next part that documents how the tests are supposed to
work.
