Remove g_type_init() calls

Very many testcases, some GLib tools (resource compiler, etc) and
GApplication were calling g_type_init().

Remove those uses, as they are no longer required.

Add a threaded test for g_object_replace_data

This is the threaded atomic add test from glib/tests/atomic.c,
redone using qdata instead of an atomic int to store the values.
