A lot of tests in gobject/tests/ don't have a license header. And some
tests are licensed under a BSD-style license.

Very many testcases, some GLib tools (resource compiler, etc) and
GApplication were calling g_type_init().

Remove those uses, as they are no longer required.

redone using qdata instead of an atomic int to store the values.
