By overriding `CI_COMMIT_REF_SLUG` to `master` for QA branches, the `fetch-assets` job in the `omnibus-gitlab` pipeline will pull the `master` assets Docker image. By overriding `CI_COMMIT_REF_SLUG` to `master` for QA branches, the
