* app/controllers/instance_statistics/**/*.rb
* app/controllers/ldap/**/*.rb
* app/controllers/oauth/**/*.rb
* app/controllers/profiles/**/*.rb

Partially addresses #47424.

This method can be used by workhorse to get presigned
URLs used for direct upload of files.
