This aligns behavior of before_fork with Puma where before_fork
is called only on master boot, also none of our code needs to be run
before each worker fork, instead we have a use-case for deleting
Prometheus files only on boot time.

We want to call master_restart callback on start too - this callback
is used for cleaning up prometheus files. It has been added to
Omnibus already:

So make sure that Unicorn example configs are up-to-date and that
the same callback is called for Puma too.

[CE] Add e2e test comparing archives of identically named user projects

Checks that archives of two different user projects with the same name aren't the same via checksum.  I.E. a user can't download the archive of another's project by mistake.

To enable the test some enhancements were made.  Namely updating the client module to handle more than one API instance and the creation a custom rest call method that downloads to tmp.
