	* configure.ac (target_libraries): Add libvtv. Disable on
	unsupported systems. Disable when C++ disabled. Add to bootstrap.

	(lang_env_dependencies): Add libvtv as c++.
	(target_modules): Don't declare as raw_cxx.
	* configure: Regenerate.
