Subject: configure.ac: Check for .gnu_attribute on MIPS.

	* configure.ac: Check for .gnu_attribute on MIPS.
	* configure, config.in: Regenerate.
	* config/mips/mips.c (mips_file_start): If supported, output
	attribute for floating-point ABI.
