Subject: contrib: 	* texi2pod.pl: Fix regular expression for @r to avoid
 exponential 	recursion.  From Russ Allbery <rra@stanford.edu>.  Remove perl
 	version check.

	* configure.in, configure: Revert previous patch requiring perl
