Introduce xmallocarray, an overflow checking variant of xmalloc.

* libgfortran.h (xmallocarray): New prototype.
* runtime/memory.c (xmallocarray): New function.
(xcalloc): Check for nonzero separately instead of multiplying.

xmalloc.
* intrinsics/eoshift0.c (eoshift0): Likewise.
