        java/security/VMSecureRandom.java: Merge from classpath.
        * HACKING: Fix typo.
        * ChangeLog-2007: New file.
        * configure.ac: Set JAVAC, pass --disable-regen-headers to classpath.

        appended), and emit comma even when wildcard
