crashdump_viewer:

The 'Name' and 'Spawned as' columns are merged into one column showing name if it exists, else initial function. Added more warnings if the dump is truncated. To avoid that the browser times out during reading/translating when the dump is really big, a temporary page is shown which redirects to the start page when ready.
