Rename auto-revert-notify-watch-descriptor-hash-list

* lisp/autorevert.el
(auto-revert-notify-watch-descriptor-hash-list):
Rename to auto-revert--buffers-by-watch-descriptor.  Improved doc string.
(auto-revert-notify-rm-watch, auto-revert-notify-add-watch,
auto-revert-notify-handler): Use new name.
