From 64b1b686d185fb8025e5977d827499e561f69320 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Neil Schemenauer Date: Thu, 22 Mar 2001 00:32:32 +0000 Subject: - Remove WITH makefile variable. Its not used for anything. - Add CONFIG_ARGS variable and use it to re-run configure rather than using config.status. This prevents an infinite loop if configure dies while re-configuring. --- Makefile.pre.in | 17 ++++------------- 1 file changed, 4 insertions(+), 13 deletions(-) (limited to 'Makefile.pre.in') diff --git a/Makefile.pre.in b/Makefile.pre.in index 92cb706158..341c3c92e3 100644 --- a/Makefile.pre.in +++ b/Makefile.pre.in @@ -105,10 +105,8 @@ DIRMODE= 755 EXEMODE= 755 FILEMODE= 644 -# --with-PACKAGE options for configure script -# e.g. --with-readline --with-svr5 --with-solaris --with-thread -# (see README for an explanation) -WITH= +# configure script arguments +CONFIG_ARGS= @CONFIG_ARGS@ # Subdirectories with code @@ -709,16 +707,9 @@ Makefile.pre: Makefile.pre.in config.status CONFIG_FILES=Makefile.pre CONFIG_HEADERS= $(SHELL) config.status $(MAKE) -f Makefile.pre Makefile -# Run the configure script.
