Remove bundler from LOAD_PATH as well

If we're careful about loading code relatively, we don't need this
exception. This is important and can cause issues where bundler shares
its folder with other default libraries. If we don't remove bundler's
library from the LOAD_PATH, that means those other libraries stay in the
path as well, and will have priority over other gems.
