RTLdrCheckImports: Open the image with the RTLDR_O_DEBUG flag set so we don't barf on unsupported things when all we need to do is listing imports. This was a problem in ASAN builds where we would get TLS stuff added to all the images. bugref:8489

iprt/cdefs.h,*: Introducing RT_FLEXIBLE_ARRAY_EXTENSION as a g++ hack that allows us to use RT_FLEXIBLE_ARRAY without the compiler going all pendantic on us. Only tested with 10.1.0. bugref:9746

*: Made RT_UOFFSETOF, RT_OFFSETOF, RT_UOFFSETOF_ADD and RT_OFFSETOF_ADD work like __builtin_offsetof() and require compile time resolvable requests, adding RT_UOFFSETOF_DYN for the dynamic questions that can only be answered at runtime.
