Audio/VBoxManage: Resolved a @todo: Marked the modifyvm "--audio" switch as being deprecated and introduced the switches "--audio-driver" and "--audio-enabled". This allows more flexible control of the audio stack.

Audio/Main: Bigger revamp of the audio interface(s) to later also support host audio device enumeration and selection for individual VMs. The audio settings now live in a dedicated (per-VM) IAudioSettings interface (audio adapter + audio host device stuff), to further tidy up the IMachine interface. Also added stubs for IAudioDevice + IHostAudioDevice, plus enmuerations, left for further implementation. Added a new IHostAudioDeviceChangedEvent that can also be used later by API clients. bugref:10050

Main/FE: Added new audio driver type "default" to make it possible to move VMs (appliances) between different platforms without the need of changing the audio driver explicitly. When the "default" driver is selected, the best audio backend option for a platform will be used.

While at it, also added the "WAS" (Windows Audio Session) driver type for which we only had a hack so far. This now can be explicitly selected, also by the frontends [build fix]. bugref:10051
