Change to take image file as input, rather than cluster morphology.
This changes the command line to:
release-test-os --os-host <HOST> --net-id <ID> --image-file <PATH>
The `morph deploy` is replaced with a `glance image-create`, and much
of the internals are simplified.
Also removes dep on morphlib.
