Update to latest Morph
This includes some important fixes for how Morph builds definitions
version 7. Previously it didn't correctly implement version 7 of the
definitions format.
Some artifact filenames will change with the new version of Morph, due
to the fixing of a bug that meant they contained the filename instead of
the chunk name in some cases. This will cause rebuilds.
